So I just rewatched Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna with my sister (not Fireball, she's a chump - I went with my younger sister, who would like to be referred to as "Shahrukh's Number One Fan," but I've kaiboshed that idea and decided to call her "Red") and I loved it all over again. She loved it too. And then we went home and watched Pyare Mohan and I cried much harder than I did for KANK, but that might be attributed to the drink I just had. I... I... I just get emotional, that's all. In between, though, we went to Jackson Heights and each spent far more money on DVDs than we should have, considering neither of us have bought books for the semester. Clearly we have our priorities straight.
I would like to send out my love to each and every one of you. You guys are great - it brightens my day everytime I see a comment left, or an extra email in my inbox. It gives me the "warm and fuzzies," you know.
Well, now Red is doing her laundry (I have a washer and dryer, she doesn't) and we're watching a songs DVD we just got. Do you guys watch songs DVDs? I'm going to have to post about them next - they're all kinds of awesome; I totally suggest investing in one or two or twelve.

2) I had a mango margarita myself earlier this evening and I think it impaired my watching of Hera Pheri, so I'm putting that aside until tomorrow
3) I only own one song DVD. I haven't had it for long but so far it is not proving of much utility or enjoyment for me. Love the naach, love the gaana, but somehow it seems that an integral part of that to me is that they are...well, an integral part of the bigger thing. Or maybe I just need an Akshaye one. Oh. Yes, yes, I need that. Probably going to have to make my own; bet he isn't the right kind of popular to have one mad on his behalf.
4) Good on ya for the purchases.
5) I applaud the mad props to the readers. It's important to acknowledge our superwow community whenever we can. Well, not all the time, I guess, 'cause it'd get old. But it's always nice to be told you're loved.

1) Drunk enough to dance to "Dola Re Dola" with my sister when it came on, but not drunk enough to lose my authority over grammar and spelling, evidently.
2) Have fun with Hera Pheri; I started it but haven't been able to finish it. And mango margaritas sound yummy.
3) I'm sorry you haven't found much use for your songs DVD; I am devoting this week to them on your account. I'm hoping that maybe you'll learn to love them like I do. And I would bet that if you look hard enough you'll find and Akshaye songs DVD; Fireball has an Aftab Shivdasani songs DVD, and he's not even popular enough to make FPMB status.

3)Bah, Beth I even have a Akshaye vs. somebody Song DVD. There one for everyone I believe

1. Eep, group hug! I always get all warm and fuzzy inside too when I see new comments on my blog.
b) I want songs DVDs! I saw a Shahrukh one in a store here aaages ago, before I watched any Bollywood, and I actually went back to look for it today but it was long gone :(

It is nice to get comments on your blog from people all over the world. Kind of brings us all closer together.
I have several of Shah Rukh's song DVDs and watch them often. So often I know which song is next before the previous one ends and that without looking at the cover for the listings. :-D
